Our Story
Going beyond what's expected
After years of observing medical billing trends, learning the ins and outs of dental insurance and gathering testimonials from clients and patients, we saw a need in the industry.

Medical billing is not for every dental practice, which is why many dental practices do not accept your medical insurance. Submitting to medical insurance can be time consuming and many dental offices do not understand the medical coding and requirements to get medical claims paid.
Over the last few years, we have seen dental insurance deny more surgical procedures than ever before requesting for the procedures to be submitted to medical insurance.
Although billing medical or dental insurance is not required by non-participating dental providers, we believe providing patients with resources for financial assistance is key to patient satisfaction and overall patient care.
Medical insurance does pay for many surgical dental procedures and we have seen the significant need to help patients get reimbursed for the treatment they needed and received.
We have witnessed many patients turn down desperately needed treatment because they could not afford it, and their dental practice would not submit to their medical insurance, regardless of the patient’s insurance having coverage for the procedures.

AllStar has helped providers maximize collections from medical insurance companies, assisted offices getting on track with proper documentation to increase pre-authorization approvals and claim payments. AllStar provides providers with accurate verification of benefits, submit pre-authorizations, assist with letters of medical necessity, proper claim submission, and claim status.
